Oscar nominated actor Pat Morita, best known for his role of Mr. Miyagi, left behind a painfully revealing autobiographical record of his time here on earth. The new documentary More Than Miyagi: The Pat Morita Story traces his journey from being bed-bound as a boy, all the way to the bright lights and discrimination of Hollywood. Deep inside Morita’s sweet and generous exterior, the multi-talented performer hosted an army of demons that even alcohol and drugs couldn’t mask.
More Than Miyagi: The Pat Morita Story will be available on iTunes, Amazon and GooglePlay starting February 5th.
