10th Anniversary screening of cult comedy Office Space lures original cast

On February 8th, Fantastic Fest sponsored a 10th Anniversary screening of the cult classic comedy Office Space, featuring appearances by most of the original cast members, including Gary Cole (Bill Lumbergh), Stephen Root (Milton), David Herman (Michael Bolton), Ajay Naidu (Samir Nagheenanajar) and Diedrich Bader (Peter Gibbons’ neighbor Lawrence) along with the film’s writer and director Mike Judge. Unfortunately, Ron Livingston, who played Peter Gibbons, and Jennifer Aniston (Joanna), were not there.

The event took place at the Paramount Theatre in Austin, Texas, the city where the film was originally shot. Judge participated in a Q&A with the cast after the screening ended, and then there was an after-party for the cast and fans at The Alligator Grille in Austin, which doubled for Chotchkie’s restaurant in the film.
