Farrell and McGregor to Star in Woody’s Next

According to Production Weekly, Colin Farrell and Ewan McGregor will star in Woody Allen’s new, as-yet-untitled film, which will shoot in London this summer. The film also stars Tom Wilkinson, and tells the story of two brothers in financial trouble. An outside party suggests that they turn to crime, which leads to the brothers becoming enemies.

The film will be the third film Allen has shot in London, following Match Point and the upcoming Scoop, about an American journalism student (Scarlett Johansson) in London scoops a big story, and begins an affair with an aristocrat (Hugh Jackman) as the incident unfurls.

Farrell will soon be seen in Miami Vice, which opens on July 28, 2006, I’m Not There and then Pride and Glory, about a family of New York City police officers torn apart by a corruption scandal.
