New Casting For Alien Vs. Predator 2

I don’t know about the title Alien Vs. Predator 2: Survival of the Fittest? Anyway, according to theHollywood Reporter, Shareeka Epps (Half Nelson), John Ortiz (Miami Vice, American Gangster) and Johnny Lewis (Raise Your Voice) have all signed on to play roles in 20th Century Fox’s upcoming sequel.

Epps will play Kendra, a young girl who must protect her little brother. Ortiz will play a recently elected sheriff, and Lewis will play Ricky, a troubled kid. They will join Reiko Aylesworth (The Killing Floor) and Steven Pasquale (Aurora Borealis, TV’s Rescue Me) in the cast.

Colin and Greg Strause, who are well known in the industry as special effects gurus, having working on such films as Aeon Flux, X-Men: The Last Stand and the upcoming Frank Miller’s 300, will direct AVP 2 from a script by Shane Salerno (Shaft remake).
