MySpace premiered the trailer for the Troy Nixey-directed/Guillermo del Toro-produced Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark, the Miramax remake that scared the shit out of San Diego Comic-Con during the Hall H panel on the film.
Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark stars Katie Holmes, Guy Pearce, Bailee Madison and Jack Thompson, and centers on a young girl who’s sent to live with her father and his new girlfriend, and soon discovers there are creatures in her new home that want to claim her as one of their own.
Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark will be in theaters on January 21, 2011.
