Below is the trailer for Clint Eastwood’s first acting role since his Oscar-winning turn in Million Dollar Baby. The film is called Gran Torino, and it revolves around a veteran who must face a changing world as he tries to reform his neighbor’s teenaged son, who attempted to steal his prized 1972 Gran Torino. He also scraps with local gangsters bent on machine-gunning him and his neighbors to death.

The drama also stars Cory Hardrict, John Carroll Lynch, Geraldine Hughes, Brian Haley, Dreama Walker, Doua Moua and Brian Howe.

Gran Torino is scheduled to get a limited December 17th 2008 start in theaters, then open wide on January 16th 2009.
