Eli Roth’s Hostel Horror Now Filming

Principal photography has apparently begun on Eli Roth’s (Cabin Fever) new horror film, Hostel.

Jay Hernandez stars in the horror flick from director Roth. The only plotline we know so far is that Hernandez plays an overseas traveler who encounters horror and fright.

Producer Mike Fleiss has teamed with Roth to produce the movie, which is lensing in Prague, Czech Republic.

Hostel is scheduled to hits theaters in December of 2005. Screen Gems will distribute for Sony Pictures in the U.S.

Eli Roth is also set to direct The Bad Seed, due in 2005 and Scavenger Hunt, due in 2006.

Jay Hernandez will next be seen in Carlito’s Way: The Beginning, playing the role of young Carlito Brigante. He also co-starred in Friday Night Lights, Ladder 49, Crazy/Beautiful and Torque.
