Stuart Hughes (as Officer Bowers) says this as he shoots randomly at the feet of his son Henry (played by Nicholas Hamilton) and his group of bully friends, as they terrorize a cat, in a scene from Stephen King's It. Henry later stabs his father in the neck, killing him.
