The Last Wave was directed by Peter Weir and stars Richard Chamberlain, David Gulpilil and Olivia Hamnett. A lawyer out of his depth (Chamberlain) struggles with a ritual-murder case and his sudden connection to the dream world of aboriginal myth.
The film will screen on July 25th at the Trylon Microcinema as part of the theater’s Ozploitation: 1970s Austrailian Grindhouse Masterpieces screening series. The Trylon is located at 2820 East 33rd Street, in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
