Synopsis:
With a plan to exact revenge on a mythical shark that killed his partner, oceanographer Steve Zissou (Bill Murray) rallies a crew that includes his estranged wife (played by Anjelica Huston), a journalist (Cate Blanchett), and a man who may or may not be his son. Sort of a modern day Moby Dick.

The film is dedicated to Jacques-Yves Cousteau, whose ship was The Calypso. Zissou’s ship is called the Belafonte, after Harry Belafonte, who became famous singing Calypso songs.
