MySpace Movies debuted the brand new trailer for Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time with almost 3 minutes of footage. The epic action-adventure is produced by Jerry Bruckheimer (Pirates of the Caribbean franchise) and directed by Mike Newell (Four Weddings and a Funeral, Donnie Brasco, Pushing Tin).
Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time is an epic action-adventure set in the mystical lands of Persia. The film centers on a rogue prince (Jake Gyllenhaal) reluctantly joins forces with a mysterious princess (Gemma Arterton) and together, they race against dark forces to safeguard an ancient dagger capable of releasing the Sands of Time—a gift from the gods that can reverse time and allow its possessor to rule the world.
Walt Disney Pictures’ Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time also stars Ben Kingsley, Alfred Molina, Reece Ritchie, Toby Kebbell, Richard Coyle, Ambika Jois, Gísli Örn Garðarsson, Ronald Pickup, Daud Shah, Steve Toussaint, Dave Pope, Selva Rasalingam, Stephen A. Pope and Thomas DuPont, and opens in theaters on May 28, 2010.
