New images from Iron Man 2 online featuring the Stark Expo

Marvel has released the above image of Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark, surveying a model version of the Stark Expo, along with three other images, including the one below.

The images are part of a four part behind-the-scenes exclusive series the studio has posted on their website, which began with an overview of Iron Man 2, in theaters, May 7, 2010.

Story tidbits include the relevation that Tony Stark is still torn by his complex relationship with his father, Howard Stark (played by Mad Men’s John Slattery), who will appear in archive flashback footage and photos. Stark will also have more dealings with S.H.I.E.L.D. this time around, according to producer Kevin Feige.

“We definitely have more of S.H.I.E.L.D. in the movie. Agent Coulson is back and the organization will play a much larger role than before.”
