Enter Art of the Heist contest and see your work on LA mural to celebrate new Jason Statham thriller

The filmmakers behind the upcoming Jason Statham-Jennifer Lopez art heist thriller Parker are inviting artists to submit artwork inspired by the film to the ‘Art of the Heist’ contest for a chance to win a trip to Los Angeles and have your artwork displayed on an L.A. mural.

Jason Statham and Jennifer Lopez team up to get their cut in the crime thriller Parker, a film based on the series of bestselling novels by Donald E. Westlake. Parker (Statham) is a professional thief who lives by a personal code of ethics: Don’t steal from people who can’t afford it and don’t hurt people who don’t deserve it. But on his latest heist, his crew double-crosses him, steals his stash and leaves him for dead.

Determined to make sure they regret it, Parker tracks them to Palm Beach, where the crew is planning their biggest heist ever. Donning the disguise of a rich Texan, Parker takes on an unlikely partner named Leslie (Jennifer Lopez), a savvy insider who’s short on cash, but big on looks, smarts and ambition. Together, they devise a plan to hijack the score, take everyone down and get away clean.

Parker is directed by Oscar nominee Taylor Hackford (Ray) and also stars Michael Chiklis, Wendell Pierce (HBO’s The Wire) and Academy Award nominee Nick Nolte.

To join the ‘Art of the Heist’ contest, download Parker-inspired assets from artists including Mark Dean Vaca, Dabs Myla and Six Point Harness.
