Magnolia Pictures has released the first trailer for the Daniel Nettheim film The Hunter, starring Willem Dafoe, who plays Martin, a mercenary sent from Europe by a mysterious biotech company, into the Tasmanian wilderness to hunt for the last Tasmanian tiger.
The Hunter also stars Sam Neill, Frances O’Connor, Sullivan Stapleton, Dan Wyllie, Callan Mulvey, Maia Thomas, Morgana Davies, Jacek Koman, Jamie Timony, John Brumpton, and Dan Spielman.
The film has been released in other parts of the world, and will be on VOD and DVD February 8th.
