Night Catches Us nabs a one sheet

Night Catches Us centers on Marcus (played by Anthony Mackie from The Hurt Locker and Brother to Brother), who returns to the Philadelphia neighborhood where he came of age during the Black Power movement, protecting a dangerous secret in a struggle against the revolution he once embraced, while rediscovering a forbidden love (played by Kerry Washington from Ray and Lift).

The film was written and directed by Tanya Hamilton (The Killers), and also stars Wendell Pierce, Jamie Hector, Novella Nelson, Tariq Trotter, Thomas Roy, Ron Simons, Amari Cheatom and Whitney Wilcox.

Night Catches Us premieres on VOD, Playstation, Xbox Live, Amazon and Vudu on October 29, 2010, followed by a theatrical release on December 3rd.
