Dario Argento, Robert Englund, John Saxon, Kane Hodder, Tony Todd and more cult favorites headline Weekend of Horrors

Creation Entertainment’s Weekend of Horrors returns to Los Angeles on Friday, May 21st through Sunday, May 23rd, with the bucket of terror talent from film and TV. The three-day event will be held at the Marriot Los Angeles Airport, located 5855 West Century Blvd. in Los Angeles, California.

Convention favorites scheduled to appear include writer/director Dario Argento and from A Nightmare on Elm Street, Robert Englund (Freddy Krueger), Heather Langenkamp (Nancy Thompson) and John Saxon (Lt. Thompson).

The Weekend of Horrors also offers a variety of star-packed panels, including:

  • A Hatchet 2 Panel that will bring the genre’s hottest names to present a fun and informative discussion. The panel will feature Adam Green, Kane Hodder, Tony Todd, Danielle Harris and more.
  • The Re-Animator Panel will horror icon Stuart Gordon, writer Dennis Paoli, and actors Jeffrey Combs, Barbara Crampton, Robert Sampson, Bruce Abbot and more.
  • The Never Sleep Again: The Elm Street Legacy Panel will include directors Daniel Farrands and Andrew Kasch, along with writer/producer Thommy Hutson and more.
  • The Michael Myers Panel will feature your favorite Halloween stars participating in a special discussion. Guests include Tony Moran, Will Sandin, Dick Warlock, George P. Wilbur and more.
  • The Jason Voorhees Panel will bring the Friday the 13th actors together on stage including Arl Lehman, Warrington Gillette, Steve Dash, Richard Brooker, Ted White, Kane Hodder and more.

Attendees will also find a large assortment of exhibits offering horror film merchandise and collectibles along with photo ops and autographs. The Gruesome Art Ghoullery will showcase some of the best artists and artwork in horror today. On Friday, April 21, Weekend of Horrors attendees can join in on the Zombie Walk which will take place at the LAX Marriott Hotel at dusk. These “Zombies” are encouraged to bring a can of non-perishable good for the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank.
