Synopsis:
Rapper DJay (HOWARD) is struggling to get his first record made, with help from assorted people in his Memphis neighborhood. And when he hears that rap superstar Skinny Black (LUDACRIS) is headed to his area, he puts together a supreme hustle to get his attention.
