Superman Returns Updates

Superman Returns is really starting to come together over in Australia. Below we have some shots of Brandon Routh as Clark Kent AKA Superman.

The story begins as Superman has been missing for six years. Something happened six years ago when he gave up his powers for Lois Lane and then took them back to face the dastardly General Zod. Now people, in his absense, begin wondering if they’d have been better off if he’d never existed at all. Those thoughts are trampled when evil creeps back into Metropolis and the only one who can save them is their missing hero. Superman Returns also stars Kate Bosworth as Lois Lane, Sam Huntington as Jimmy Olsen, Frank Langella as Perry White, Parker Posey as Kitty Koslowski, Eva Marie Saint as Martha Kent and Kevin Spacey as Lex Luthor. There will also be achive footage of Marlon Brando as Jor-El, from the original Superman film that was directed by Richard Donner in 1978.

A rumor came up on Yahoo Movies that Hugh Jackman is in Sydney, secretly filming the role of Jonathan Kent for flashback scenes.
