The full trailer has been released for Echelon Conspiracy, the action thriller starring Shane West, Edward Burns, Ving Rhames, Yuri Kutsenko, Sergey Gubanov and Martin Sheen. Echelon Conspiracy revolves around mysterious messages from a new cell phone that promise a young American engineer untold wealth, and giving it to him – for a price. He soon becomes the target of a deadly international plot, which includes dangerous security operatives chasing him across the globe, and dealing a powerful government official pursuing a mysterious agenda that threatens the stability of the world.

Greg Marcks, who helmed the indie crime thriller 11:14, is directing Echelon Conspiracy, from a script by Kevin Elders and Michael Nitsberg.

The “Conspiracy” hits theaters on February 27, 2009.
