Just ahead of Spike Lee and the cast of Oldboy invading New York Comic-Con to battle fans, superheroes and zombies, FilmDistrict has released a new series of chilling teaser images from Spike’s remake of the Asian horror cult classic. Along with the images, there’s a new teaser trailer called “Preparing Your Stay for November 27.”
Spike Lee’s Oldboy, based on the original manga by Nobuaki Minegishi and Garon Tsuchiya, hits theatrs on November 27, 2013, starring Elizabeth Olsen, Sharlto Copley, Samuel L. Jackson, Josh Brolin, Hannah Simone, Michael Imperioli, James Ransone, Grey Damon, Lance Reddick, Rami Malek, Steffie Grote and Max Casella. Chan-wook Park’s original 2003 movie Oldboy (Oldeuboi) is now a global cult cinema classic.
