Michael Jai White says Black Dynamite 2 might be combination of Blazing Saddles and Buck & the Preacher

CraveOnline caught up with Michael Jai White at the Alex Cross premiere in Hollywood last night where the subject of Black Dynamite 2 came up. According to White, when he and the creative team behind the cult favorite Black Dynamite original first discussed the film, the original idea was to create a series of films in the spirit of Monty Python, where the same cast would be in a variety of movies.

The actor and martial artist went on to say that it looks like Black Dynamite 2 – which sounds very close to being green lit – will be an homage to Blazing Saddles, with a little Buck & the Preacher added for flavor.
