Age-restricted trailer for the scriptural sci-fi action thriller Legion

In the supernatural action thriller Legion, a remote diner becomes the unlikely last stand for the survival of the human race. When God loses faith in Humankind, he sends his legion of angels to bring about the Apocalypse. Humanity’s only hope lies in a group of strangers trapped in a diner out in the desert, along with the Archangel Michael (Paul Bettany).

Legion also stars Dennis Quaid, Lucas Black, Tyrese Gibson, Kate Walsh, Adrianne Palicki, Charles S. Dutton and Willa Holland and is directed by first-timer Scott Stewart. The film opens January 22, 2010.

I watched this footage at Comic-Con in San Diego last month, and it was surprisingly excellent. My favorite part is the old woman climbing the ceiling in the diner. That clip drew cheers the Comic-Con crowd.
