New Fame movie gets a trailer

MGM has released the first trailer for the new version of Fame. The new film hits theaters on September 25th, 2009, and stars Asher Book, Kristy Flores, Paul Iacono, Paul McGill, Naturi Naughton, Kay Panabaker, Kherington Payne, Collins Pennie, Walter Perez, Anna Maria Perez de Tagle, Debbie Allen, Charles S. Dutton, Kelsey Grammer, Megan Mullally and Bebe Neuwirth. Like the original 1980 musical, the new film follows the students of the New York Academy of Performing Arts.

Kevin Tancharoen makes his feature film debut with Fame.
