The Jacket, a haunting and sensual psychological thriller, directed by John Maybury, will premiere at Sundance 2005, on Sunday, January 23rd. The Jacket is John Maybury’s second feature. The story concerns a military veteran’s (played by Adrien Brody) journey through a Möbius maze of life and death after he miraculously survives on the Gulf War battlefield and returns to his native Vermont.
The film was produced through George Clooney and Steven Soderbergh’s Section 8 and stars Adrien Brody, Keira Knightley, Kris Kristofferson, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Kelly Lynch, Daniel Craig and Brad Renfro.
