Solstice begins filming this week in New Orleans. The film stars Shawn Ashmore, Tyler Hoechlin and Elisabeth Harnois (Road to Perdition, 7th Heaven).
The horror-thriller revolves around a young woman who gathers with her friends at a lake house for the summer solstice after the recent suicide of her twin sister. Dan Myrick, who co-directed The Blair Witch Project, will direct Solstice from a script he penned.
