Check out the first trailer for XXX: The Return of Xander Cage

Vin Desiel just premiered the first trailer for XXX: The Return of Xander Cage on his Facebook page. In the new film, Xander Cage (Desiel) is left for dead after an incident, but secretly returns to the field for a tough new assignment with his handler Augustus Gibbons (Samuel L. Jackson). ‘Return’ is directed by D.J. Caruso (Eagle Eye, Disturbia) and hits theaters on January 20, 2017.

XXX: The Return of Xander Cage also stars Ruby Rose, Nina Dobrev, Rory McCann, Toni Collette, Donnie Yen, Deepika Padukone, Tony Jaa, Hermione Corfield, Al Sapienza, Helena-Alexis Seymour, Kris Wu and Michael Bisping. I’m just hoping that, whether or not it’s a good film, that Donnie Yen and Tony Jaa see some hardcore hand-to-hand at some point in the movie.

Best quote from the trailer is this Samuel L. Jackson line: “Kick some ass, and try to look dope while you’re doing it!”
