Salute to Supernatural Convention comes to New York area

The Salute to Supernatural Convention Comes to New York Area from July 9 to 11, 2010. Fans will come together to celebrate the cult TV series Supernatural when Creation Entertainment brings an unforgettable weekend called The Salute to Supernatural Convention to the Hilton Parsippany Hotel, located at 1 Hilton Court in Parsippany, New Jersey.

Throughout the weekend celebrity guests from Supernatural are scheduled to appear including: on Friday, Richard Speight, Jr. (Trickster) and Alona Tal (Jo Harvelle); on Saturday, Misha Collins (Castiel), Travis Wester (Harry Spangler) and Aldis Hodge (Jake Talley); and Sunday, Misha Collins (Castiel), Rob Benedict (Chuck Shurley), Samantha Smith (Mary Winchester) and Katherine Boecher (Lilith).

Also scheduled to appear will be Steve Carlson, a singer/songwriter and a Supernatural favorite. On Friday night, Carlson will heat up the stage with a concert at 9 PM. A separate ticket is required.

In addition to celebrity appearances, the non-stop auditorium show will include behind the scenes presentations, costume and trivia contests, no minimum bid auctions of unique collectibles & one-of-a-kind items, special salute videos and previews of upcoming sci-fi television shows & motion pictures.

General admission tickets are available in advance or at the door for $20 on Friday and $30 on Saturday and Sunday. Tickets for the Friday Steve Carlson Concert start at $20. General admission tickets for children 12 and under are $15. Show hours are Friday, NOON – 7:00 PM, Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7 PM and Sunday from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
