First trailer for Clint Eastwood’s Nelson Mandela biopic Invictus is online

Clint Eastwood’s new film Invictus centers on the life Nelson Mandela, taking place after the fall of apartheid in South Africa and during his first term as president, when he campaigned to host the 1995 Rugby World Cup event as an opportunity to bring his people together through the universal language of sport.

Invictus stars Morgan Freeman, Matt Damon, Scott Eastwood, Langley Kirkwood and Robert Hobbs. The film will be in theaters on December 11, 2009.
