Content nabs rights to psychological thriller Story/Teller

Content Film has announced the acquisition of the psychological thriller Story/Teller for international sales. The company has a Directors Presentation reel screening in their offices during the Cannes Film Festival, and is marketing the project during the event.

The film stars Alice Eve (Men in Black III, The Raven, She’s Out Of My League) and Liev Schreiber (Salt, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, Defiance) and is directed by Mark Pellington (Arlington Road, The Mothman Prophecies, U2 3D).

Story/Teller is described as a scary, mind-bending experience; a fast-paced, sexually charged journey into a world of secrets, guilt and paranoia, wrapped in an ingenious and constantly evolving plot. Write what you know. Steal what you don’t.

The film is produced by Arnold Rifkin (Deception, 16 Blocks, Hostage, The Whole Ten Yards) and Norm Reiss (Henry Poole Is Here, The Mothman Prophecies).

Content Film’s Jamie Carmichael said, “Mark is an extraordinarily compelling director – and he has a really powerful vision for Story/Teller. Needless to say he’s attracted a wonderful cast too – we’re thrilled to have Alice and Liev on board.”
