Since news that Fox’s 24 was moving to New York City, to hunt baddies next season, new details are emerging about the show’s eighth season. EW’s Michael Ausiello reports that CTU will make a comeback next season, under the leadership of a new, yet-to-be-cast character named Brian Hastings and will operate out of New York City for season eight. Chloe O’Brien (Mary Lynn Rajskub) will also be a part of the new CTU. I wonder what her husband Morris (Carlo Rota) will have to say about that.
Additionally, Slumdog Millionaire star Anil Kapoor will be featured in the new season as a Middle Eastern leader in the U.S. on a peace mission.
