According to The Hollywood Reporter, Matthew Aldrich is in talks to pen the thriller The Trap, which Ericson Core (Invincible) might direct for Alcon.

The movie is a remake of a 2007 Serbian film titled Klopka, about a regular guy who agrees to commit a contract killing in order to fund his son’s life-saving surgery.
