Lions Gate and Twisted Pictures Sign 9 Pic DealOriginally Published: May 3, 2005 Lions Gate announced a deal with Twisted Pictures, that includes nine films to be financed and distributed through the fast-rising genre distributor. The first picture of the pact is Catacombs, a horror film set in the 14th-century Parisian tombs. Starring Shannyn Sossamon (The Rules of Attraction) and pop star Pink, the film is co-written and co-directed by David Elliot and Tomm Coker. Mark Burg, Oren Koules and Gregg Hoffman are producing.
Other projects from Lions Gate that have singers invloved, include the upcoming comedy Dying for Dolly, starring Usher.
