Empire Online has posted exclusive sample images of the new toy line tied to Michael Bay’s upcoming Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, which hint at what some of the new giant robots will look like in the film.

Fan-favorite Decepticon Soundwave, for example, who was cut out of the first movie, gets a makeover for the new film. Bay and his team have turned the nasty bugger into a jet.

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen opens in theaters and IMAX on June 26, 2009.
