Chrysler Film Competition

The Chrysler Film Competition seeks emerging independent filmmakers looking to compete for the opportunity to receive a feature film production deal. Inspired filmmakers can submit any short film that they have directed along with a screenplay for a movie that they wish to direct. A panel of IFP judges will determine five finalists, each of whom will develop and shoot a three-minute Chrysler-branded film. From these films, a grand prize winner will be chosen to direct their film for theatrical release.

Previous winners include Cry Wolf filmmakers Jeff Wadlow and Beau Bauman.

The Chrysler Film Project is accepting submissions now, until April 20, 2006. There is no fee to enter, and the competition is open to all emerging filmmakers. Inspired? Visit www.chrysler.com/film for complete information and official rules and to enter.
