Radha Mitchell and Sean Bean return for Silent Hill 3D sequel

Producers Samuel Hadida and Don Carmody announced today that the stars of Silent Hill, Radha Mitchell (The Crazies, Surrogates), Sean Bean (HBO’s upcoming Game of Thrones, Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief, Lord of the Rings), and Deborah Kara Unger (Shake Hands with the Devil, 88 Minutes) will return to join Adelaide Clemens (X-Men Origins: Wolverine, Vampire, Camilla Dickinson, Wasted on the Young, Mad Max: Fury Road) and Kit Harington (Game of Thrones) in Silent Hill: Revelation 3D.

Currently shooting in Toronto, Silent Hill: Revelation 3D is based on a script by director Michael Bassett (Solomon Kane, Deathwatch).

Hadida and Carmody most recently produced Resident Evil: Afterlife 3D with Milla Jovovich, Ali Larter and Wentworth Miller. Past collaborations include Resident Evil: Apocalypse and the original Silent Hill film adaptation directed by Christophe Gans.

Silent Hill: Revelation 3D is based on the acclaimed survival horror videogame franchise by KONAMI, and centers on Heather Mason (Clemens), who has been on the run for years with her father, always one step ahead of dangerous forces that she doesn’t fully understand. Now on the eve of her 18th birthday, plagued by terrifying nightmares and the disappearance of her father, Heather discovers she’s not who she thinks she is. The revelation leads her deeper into a demonic world that threatens to trap her in Silent Hill forever.
