Universal is in early development on the Dark Horse sci-fi property Fear Agent, according to THR’s Risky Business Blog.

Dark Horse Entertainment, the production banner of the indie comics giant Dark Horse, has been behind a number of comics-to-film hits, including Hellboy and 30 Days of Night.
