First photo from the heist flick Armored

Sony Pictures posted this photo from the film Armored, on their Twitter page. Armored stars Columbus Short, Matt Dillon, Laurence Fishburne, Jean Reno, Skeet Ulrich, Amaury Nolasco, Fred Ward and Milo Ventimiglia from Heroes, and follows a veteran group of guards for an armored truck company that plan to steal a truck containing $10 million.

Nimród Antal, who directed the taut Hungarian subway thriller Kontroll, and the conceptually strong, but poorly executed grindhouse horror Vacancy, takes the reins on Armored. The film hits theaters on September 18, 2009 .
