A few weeks ago, I posted details on Watchmen: Tales Of The Black Freighter HERE, which Warner Bros. is releasing on March 24, 2009, soon after the film hits theaters and IMAX. Now MTV has posted an exclusive trailer for the animated epic, which brings to animated life the novels richly layered story-within-a-story, about a daring pirate saga whose turbulent events may mirror those in the Watchmen’s world. The saga features the voice of Gerard Butler, and is produced by Watchmen director Zack Snyder.
