When Paramount releases Tropic Thunder on DVD and Blu-ray next week on November 18th, there will be two retail exclusives, which are slowly becoming a staple of major Hollywood film releases on these formats. While these two exclusives aren’t quite as cool as some recent fan collectors’ dreams I’ve seen, they’re still enough to possibly sway comedy fans in the direction of these stores for the extra swag. If you’re one to purchase DVD releases day and date in the store, why not get something extra for your trouble.
The two exclusives include:
Best Buy will carry the Booty Sweat T-Shirt, which is available with the Blu-ray version of the movie.
Walmart will have an exclusive Tropic Thunder two-pack, that includes a single-disc DVD and Get Some music sampler CD. The 6-song CD Sampler contains music inspired by the original Tropic Thunder soundtrack.

- I Just Want to Celebrate (Mooney Suzuki)
- Ready Set Go (Ben Gidsjoy)
- Run Through the Jungle (Creedance Clearwater Revival)
