Sarah Jessica Parker has officially left Sex and the City behind. She’s starring opposite an ensemble cast that includes Claire Danes, Craig T. Nelson, Dermot Mulroney, Luke Wilson, Diane Keaton and Rachel McAdams in The Family Stone.
The Stone family unites in common cause when their favorite son (Dermot Mulroney) brings his uptight girlfriend (Sarah Jessica Parker) home for the Christmas holiday, with plans of proposing. Overwhelmed by the hostile reception, she begs her sister to join her for emotional support, which causes even more complications for the situation.
