Undead Preview Walks

The Undead walk the Earth (and Australia) in Lions Gate Films’ release Undead. The film actually came out two years ago in Australia and became a cult hit. In true indie spirit mode, the filmmaking duo of Michael and Peter Spierig wrote, directed and produced the project, on a slim budget. So slim, in fact, that most shots were done in one or two takes.

The film is about the dead rising up, and its affects on the small, peaceful town of Berkeley.

According to the film distributor, Undead is a horror film in the vein of Night of the Living Dead and The Evil Dead and features an overflow of gore and visual effects to make any horror fan squirm with delight. We’ll soon see.
