Speaking of Killshot, Here’s the Trailer

Speak of the devil, here I go, poking around a bit, and find this early trailer for the film Killshot. Here’s a preview…

Killshot is the new film from director John Madden, Oscar nominated helmer of Shakespeare in Love. It stars Diane Lane, Mickey Rourke, Thomas Jane, Rosario Dawson, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Johnny Knoxville, Lois Smith, and Don McManus. The story revolves around Carmen Colson (Lane) and husband Wayne (Jane), who are placed in the Federal Witness Protection program after witnessing an assassination. Thinking they are at last safe, they are targeted by an expert professional killer (Rourke) and a psychopathic young protégé (Gordon Levitt).

Killshot is due in theaters in October 20, 2006. Can this be right? There doesn’t seem to be a lot of advertising going around for this film yet. We’ll see if they keep this release date of push it.
