Astro Boy cuts hair at Comic-Con plus Viz Media to lens Naruto, Death Note, Inuyasha and other Manga-based films

Imagi Studios and Summit Entertainment will be at Comic-Con in San Diego at booth #3530, introducing its upcoming CG-animated motion picture Astro Boy. The film’s director, David Bowers and producer, Maryann Garger will be attending the event on Saturday, July 26, and be stationed at the studios’ booth.

A New Dirty Dozen From Warner Brothers

According to a report by Variety, Warner Bros. and Village Roadshow will co-finance a remake of The Dirty Dozen, the 1967 action flick that starred Lee Marvin as a major who conscripts twelve condemned soldier-prisoners for a dangerous mission in WWII. Joel Silver will produce with Susan Downey.
