The more people I meet in the martial arts world, the more I realize the art’s true power. It’s not in the hands or feet, although the men and women involved in its practice are some of the strongest in the world. The true power in the martial arts lies in its ability to transform a person’s soul and bring people together.
If you haven’t been to the Martial Arts Hall of Honors Awards and Expo, it’s well worth a trip to the Tropicana Hotel and Casino in 2012. We had the opportunity to interview Michael Jai White, Oso Tayari Casel, Sensei Mo, Spitfire Brown and others during the event, and everyone was wonderful and accommodating to us.
