Alan Funt debuted Candid Camera on ABC Television, a classic American comedy program, in which ordinary people unwittingly become the stars of the show. The show becomes known for the slogan “Smile, you’re on Candid Camera.” Various incarnations of Candid Camera continue to run in various countries as of 2021.
