Season 1; Episode 20; originally aired February 2, 1967: Leonard Nimoy (as Mr. Spock) says during testimony at a Court Martial trial against William Shatner (as Capt. James T. Kirk), who is accused of the murder of one of his crew during an ion storm. He was implying that Captain Kirk was not capable of risking the lives of his crew, whether or not he was fully aware of Kirk's actions or motivations.
