Variety reports that Blade Runner, Ridley Scott’s cult classic sci-fi noir, is being prepped for prequel and sequel development. The Blind Side begins shooting in Atlanta

Principal photography has begun on Alcon Entertainment’s The Blind Side, starring Sandra Bullock, Tim McGraw, Kathy Bates and newcomer Quinton Aaron. Filming started on April 17 on location in Atlanta, Georgia, under the direction of John Lee Hancock (The Rookie).
