Louisville’s International Festival of Film aims to be a must-attend event on the festival circuit, and is well-situated considering the region’s impressive contribution to Hollywood over the years. The festival is committed to screening artistic films not generally presented through commercial venues, giving independent filmmakers a place to showcase their work. The proceeds of the Festival will be used by the LFAI to help fund educational efforts focused on training the filmmakers of tomorrow in Metro Louisville and greater Kentucky.
