The Battle Over Net Neutrality

The Washington Post has a recent article examining what’s at stake in the legislative battle over Net Neutrality. Proponents contend that consumers could find their access to certain content compromised by deals between access providers and Web companies, while opponents argue that content companies should bear some of the financial burden of upgrading the infrastructure over which their content is transmitted.
