The Mid Atlantic Black Film Festival, emphasizes the richness of the African American experience through cinema in Norfolk, Virginia. The festival presents black and multi-cultural independent films, including powerful narratives, compelling historical and contemporary documentaries, innovative student films, colorful animated shorts, and groundbreaking music videos.
